Is your company exhibiting at Space Tech Expo 2022? This is the space for you! Here you can find the answers to your questions and access all the important resources.

Please email [email protected] to request your company’s unique link to your online Exhibitor portal

Yes, you are required to complete your 'Exhibitor Listing' form (for your online Exhibitor listing & listing for the onsite showguide) as well as the compulsory 'Exhibitor Stand' form. These can both be found on your Exhibitor portal.

You can either update this via your Exhibitor portal, or reach out to your contact from our Marketing Team (right side of this page) – please note that although the online listing can be updated right up until the show, our printed onsite guide is subject to deadlines.

All contracts are for bare floorspace only: no flooring nor walling is included. You must order a stand package from the official contractor Lüco or build your own custom stand. Hard walls and flooring are compulsory for all booked exhibition space (except for the Startup Pavilion Zone which comes with a prepaid package).

All orders for contractor services and equipment can be done via the online Exhibitor Portal, under the Resource Center section.

You are able to register for your Exhibitor badge via your online Exhibitor portal. Exhibitor badges are free-of-charge, and there is no limit to how many staff you can register for your booth.

No, badges are not required to be worn during the move-in or move-out days.

Yes, there is a contractor zip file available on your online Exhibitor Portal, otherwise you can send them the link to your online Exhibitor portal directly.

 

The information can be found on the ‘Shipping & Material Handling’ section of your online Exhibitor portal.

To ensure your safety, please only book through our event website, using the official 24/7 online hotels reservation link or phone number. DF Meetings & Events is the only official housing company associated with our event and their information is provided on our website.
While others may contact you offering housing, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements and providing personal information with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.
Smarter Shows will never contact you by telephone to sell you hotel rooms. If you have been contacted by telephone it is most likely to be a fraudulent booking agent.
 
Attendee List Scam Warning
 
Any offers to obtain / purchase attendee lists from 3rd party companies are a scam, using fabricated & falsified data based on the current information publicly available for the show. Smarter Shows will never sell or distribute data to any 3rd party companies – not only because it is illegal under GDPR laws, but also because we would never share information on our valued attendees and exhibitors without their express permission. We strongly recommend that you do not engage with these companies.
