Xsis – High-Temperature Hybrid Crystal Oscillators
KAMAKA Electronic GmbH’s new Xsis Electronics XH6 Series high-reliability, high-temperature crystal oscillators are designed and processed to operate over an extended temperature range of -55°C to +230°C. High-temperature materials and proven processes are utilised to provide high reliability and long life at extreme temperatures.
In addition, the quartz crystal is mounted at four points to provide excellent shock and vibration resistance.
Exceptionally good frequency ageing characteristics are achieved by the use of precision quartz crystals manufactured using in-house proprietary processes developed and improved during 39+ years manufacturing crystal oscillators for military (QPL) and space applications. All oscillators are 100% tested over the operating temperature range.
These oscillators are offered in a low-profile, hermetically sealed, resistance-welded 5 x 7mm ceramic package.
Space-qualified, QPL to MIL-PRF-55310 and MIL-PRF-3098 approved rad-hard crystal oscillators for deep-space missions are under production. For TID, SEL and SEU data or any other special requirements, please contact KAMAKA.
