Highly Dynamic Temperature Control Systems for the Lab and Industry 

PRESTO models A85, A85t and the water-cooled W85 and W85t are new highly dynamic temperature control systems from JULABO. This fully redesigned family of instruments covers an extremely wide temperature range of -85°C to 250°C, making them ideal for demanding temperature-control tasks such as reactors, mini-plants, pilot plants and materials testing.

Jubalo PrestoPRESTO models A85 and W85 have a heating capacity of 6kW, and this is more than doubled to 15kW in PRESTO models A85t and W85t. Cooling capacity is as high as 2.8kW. As a result, all units are ready to compensate for exothermic and endothermic reactions with extraordinary speed.

Powerful, maintenance-free pumps generate pressure of up to 3.2 bar and a flow rate of 80 l/min. They ensure high flow rates with constant pressure, and are able to dynamically compensate for changes to the viscosity of the heat-transfer liquid.

The integrated 5.7-inch colour industrial touchscreen makes the new PRESTO very convenient to use with intuitive user guidance. Benefits include the clear and well-organised display of values and graphs, direct access to important information, as well as extensive and easily understood warnings and help texts.

Extensive interfaces increase flexibility with features like USB-based monitoring and control, datalogging via USB or SD card, integration into bus solutions like Profibus, remote control through Ethernet networks, and wireless control via JULABO’s WirelessTEMP solution.
